Hosting
To cancel a hosting service, go to our Services section. Select the service you want to manage then click the Request Cancellation button. You may then select to terminate your account immediately (within 24 hours) or at the end of your current billing period.
Domains
Go to the Domains section and select the domain you want to manage and there you will be able to disable the auto renewal. Click on the Disable Auto Renew button to prevent any further renewal invoices being generated for the domain. The domain will then be allowed to expire at its next renewal date.
